Physiotherapy helps you recover, manage, and prevent a wide range of movement and pain-related issues- from injuries and chronic pain to post-surgery rehabilitation and mobility challenges. It focuses on restoring function through personalised assessment and treatment.
Initial assessments are usually 45-minute sessions, giving us time to fully understand the issues you may be facing. Follow-up sessions are 30-45 minutes (or longer if needed) and include hands-on treatment, personalised advice, and exercise therapy tailored to your needs. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing pain, or improving movement, treatment is grounded in evidence-based care, with time to feel heard and supported.

Pelvic health issues are common, and professional support is available to guide you with care and understanding. These sessions aim to support women through all stages of life, addressing a wide range of concerns related to bladder function, pelvic pain, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and painful intercourse.
Initial appointments are typically 1 hour, with follow-up sessions lasting 45 minutes (or longer if needed). Each session offers a private, respectful space to explore your concerns and work toward your goals.

Physiotherapy is about more than just treating symptoms- it’s about understanding you, your goals, and what truly matters to your recovery.

As a first-contact practitioner, I’m qualified to carry out a thorough assessment of your condition without the need for a referral. Your treatment plan is based on a detailed evaluation and tailored to your individual needs, using evidence-based practice.

I offer physiotherapy, women’s health services, and physio-led Pilates classes, supporting people through every stage of life. I have a special interest in both acute and chronic pain conditions, including pelvic pain, and work with a person-centred approach.

These sessions are a space for you to feel listened to, involved, and supported in your care. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, build understanding, and develop a plan that feels manageable and meaningful to you. The goal is to work collaboratively, not just to treat symptoms, but to support long-term progress that fits into your life.

I’m registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) professional network. I also work closely with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals, and will refer or coordinate care when needed, ensuring your care is cohesive and supportive at every stage.
